WHAT DAMAGE DO WE FIX?

WE WILL OUTRIGHT REPLACE YOUR PROP IF DEEMED UNREPAIRABLE. IF A PROP IS SENT IN FOR REPAIR, YOU WILL RECEIVE THE SAME PROP REPAIRED TO FACTORY SPECIFICATIONS, OR A BRAND NEW ITEM.

HOW DO I SUBMIT a prop for repair?

AFTER SIGN-UP, SIMPLY LOGIN TO YOUR ACCOUNT AND FILL IN THE FORM UNDER THE MEMBER AREA, YOU WILL RECEIVE EITHER A PRE-PAID SHIPPING LABEL OR SHIPPING ADDRESS. SIMPLY SEND THE PROP TO US, WE’LL FIX IT UP, AND WE’LL SHIP IT BACK TO YOU.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO REPAIR?

DEPENDING ON POSTAGE, MATERIALS USED & TIME OF YEAR, WE COULD HAVE THE REPAIR DONE AND SENT OUT ON THE SAME DAY, HOWEVER, IT COULD TAKE UP TO ONE WEEK WITH PROCESSING AND SHIPPING.
